Tim Pool - Senior Minister
 Tim and his wife Marcia have been in Oklahoma City since March 1986. Marcia has recently retired from James Dennis Elementary School. They have two grown children, Josh and Ginny Sue.
     Tim has a B.A. Magna Cum Laude in English Education from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Master of Divinity from Brite Divinity School, Texas Christian University. While at Brite, he was twice named outstanding student in his class by the Christian Studies Award and was awarded the first annual Henson Preaching Award.
     Tim's service background includes: Working as an Associate Minister in McKinney, Texas and Topeka, Kansas, serving as the organizing pastor of a new church in Overbrook, Kansas; worked as an Associate Regional Minister in Kansas, and a Mentorship for five years with the EFM Program, Bairnwick School of Theology, University of the South.
     Tim's extra-curricular interests have ranged from jogging to officiating football to leather work to reading. (He's happy to be at NCCC).

Scott Richards - Youth Minister (aka "Director of Wildlife")
Scott joined the NCCC staff in December of 2005 and has been working in student ministry since 1992 and has served on staff in some great churches since 1996.  He has an amazing wife Angela and two awesome kids…Carson (7) and Avery (5).  He loves cars, golf, sportscenter, and the Discovery Channel!  Our lives are an adventure and journey to be lived, so let’s get after it!!

 

Eula Hledik - Director of Children's Ministries
Eula has been serving as New Covenant’s Children’s Ministry Director since 2004 and absolutely loves working with kids.  She has an amazing husband John and two awesome boys Jake and Michael that attend Deer Creek schools.  Eula is from Illinois and is a huge Chicago Cubs Fan so you know she has to be fun to be around and work with!

 

Debbie Keith - Pastoral Assistant
Debbie first came to NCCC in 1987 as the Youth Coordinator.  She subsequently became Pastoral Assistant, coordinating the development of the NCCC Stephen Ministry before her “retirement” in December of 1994.  She rejoined the staff as Pastoral Assistant in 1999, with her primary emphasis continuing to be Stephen Ministry, as well as Grief Share, RAPP, 55+, Lunch and Learn, and general Pastoral Care.
In addition to her previous employment at NCCC, Debbie has worked as a social worker and has been a small business owner.  She has been married to Richard since 1975, and they have two adult sons, Jared and Clay.  Her favorite way to spend personal time includes anything involving family, reading (especially a good mystery), or paint.

 

Jane Clausing - Visitor and Member Development
Laughing and enjoying friends is great fun for Jane.  A few of her  hobbies include:  music, watching movies, sewing, flower arranging and interior decorating.
At age 12,  Jane met Tim Clausing (now a Minister) at Church Camp.  They were "Church Camp Sweethearts' and married a few years later. Together they have two sons.
Jane has been a part of the Christian Church her entire life. Growing up as a Minister's daughter she is no stranger to church work.  She is excited to work for New Covenant.

 

 

Steve Hulsey - Director of Music
Steve came to our staff in April of 1994 as Director of Music. He directs our Adult Choir and leads the Praise and Worship Team.
Steve's degree in Religious Education is from Southern Nazarene University, where he graduated in 1969. His church experience includes fifteen years serving the Church of the Nazarene in music and youth/education.

 

 

Cindy Earnheart - Church Secretary
We welcomed Cindy to our staff in January of 2002.  Cindy is married to Paul Earnheart and between them they have four children and 1 granddaughter that they adore.  Cindy enjoys antiquing, reading, time with her family in Oklahoma and in Tennessee.
Cindy is never a dull moment and does a great job of keeping our office going.  Her fun attitude and great stories always brighten your day and make things more exciting at New Covenant.

 

 

Pat Holley - Financial Secretary
Pat has been serving as New Covenant’s Financial Secretary since 1999 and has been a huge asset to our staff.  She has a wonderful husband Charles, her oldest son Charlie and his wife Amy and their three awesome kids.  She also has a younger son Kevin who plays professional baseball.  Pat is a lot of fun and loves life most when she’s playing with her amazing grandkids!

 

 

James Finch - Custodian
James has been with NCCC for over five years and counting. He has recently been promoted to the senior custodian position. James is more than willing to help with any needs you have at the church, just come by his office!

 

 

Ruth Slife - Nursery Coordinator

Russ and Ruth Slife have been members of New Covenant for over 10 years. During that time, Ruth has worked and volunteered in the nursery. In August of 2006, she was named Nursery Director. Russ and Ruth have three kids: Tyler, Brice and Breanne.

 

 

Jeanne Young - Administrator

Jeanne (“Jeannie”) has lived in the OKC Metro area since she was 10 years young. She attended Putnam City North High School in NCCC’s early days, while members were meeting in the PCN Commons area before the church was built. Jeanne leads a full and busy life as the Blessed Mom of her three daughters, Bethany, Lauren and Bailey. She enjoys spending time with her many family members and friends, traveling, photography, music, gardening, reading, and is active in her church. She loves the Lord and desires to serve Him however and wherever He leads.
Jeanne attended both Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma, graduated from OU with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jeanne is happy to serve as Business Administrator for NCCC, being on staff since April of 2007.
