Johnny Loughridge - Transitional Pastor
So what part of the planet do I come from? Well Texas of course! Now that may not a very popular place in your world but my Oklahoma roots might. Both of my parents and all four grandparents were born and reared in Oklahoma (Leedy and Ardmore). And my eldest daughter was born in Midwest City since I came to Midwest Blvd. CC right out of Brite Seminary @ TCU (Tim Pool and I were classmates). After 2 years, I kinda changed places with J. Clyde Wheeler as he served MWBCC as interim and I went to Crown Heights as associate. Then I spent 5 years at First Christian, Sand Springs, OK. I guess I am coming full circle so to speak because I remember in my years in Oklahoma City when I watched New Covenant Christian Church being born!
My lovely very smart bride Rev. Coretha Loughridge will continue to hold down the home front since she is the Area Minister for the Northeast Texas Area of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the Southwest Region of the Christian Church. She has about 65 congregations to work with out of her Tyler, Texas office.

Eula Hledik - Interim Director of Children and Youth Ministries
Eula has been serving as New Covenant's Children's Ministry Director since 
2004 and in 2010 became the Interim Director of Children and Youth 
Ministries.  She absolutely loves working with kids and teens.  She is 
married to an amazing husband John and has two awesome boys; Jake and 
Michael.  Originally from Illinois, Eula is a huge Chicago Cubs Fan, so you 
know she has to be fun to be around and work with!

 

Debbie Keith - Pastoral Assistant
Debbie first came to NCCC in 1987 as the Youth Coordinator.  She subsequently became Pastoral Assistant, coordinating the development of the NCCC Stephen Ministry before her “retirement” in December of 1994.  She rejoined the staff as Pastoral Assistant in 1999, with her primary emphasis continuing to be Stephen Ministry, as well as Grief Share, RAPP, 55+, Lunch and Learn, and general Pastoral Care.
In addition to her previous employment at NCCC, Debbie has worked as a social worker and has been a small business owner.  She has been married to Richard since 1975, and they have two adult sons, Jared and Clay.  Her favorite way to spend personal time includes anything involving family, reading (especially a good mystery), or paint.

 

Jane Clausing - Visitor and Member Development
Jane has been on staff with New Covenant since 1995 working to involve members and visitors in the life of New Covenant.  She also has responsibilities with Adult Education. Laughing and enjoying friends is great fun for Jane.  At age 12,  Jane met Tim Clausing (now a Minister) at Church Camp.  They were "Church Camp Sweethearts” and married a few years later. Together they have two sons and two grandchildren.

 

 

 

Chad Haney - Interim Music Director
Chad came to New Covenant in the summer of 2010 ass Interim Music Director. Chad works full time with the Salvation Army. He and his wife, Jillian, have two boys: Carter and Crayton.

 

 

Cindy Earnheart - Church Secretary
We welcomed Cindy to our staff in January of 2002.  Cindy is married to Paul Earnheart and between them they have four children and 1 granddaughter that they adore.  Cindy enjoys antiquing, reading, time with her family in Oklahoma and in Tennessee.
Cindy is never a dull moment and does a great job of keeping our office going.  Her fun attitude and great stories always brighten your day and make things more exciting at New Covenant.

 

 

James Finch - Custodian
James has been with NCCC since 2003 as our lead custodian. James is more than willing to help with any needs you have at the church, just come by his office!

 

 

 

Annissa Marlow - Financial Administrator
Annissa joined the NCCC team in the summer of 2009. After a nine-year sabbatical to grow two small people, Annissa is rejoined the business world. She attended the University of Alaska and comes to us with experience in Business Administration. 
Annissa has three fun-loving children; Hannah, Cole and Sophia.
